Essential information for your FIBE visit

Berlin, 2.4.2025 – With just one week to go until the fintech and finance festival FIBE Berlin kicks off, here’s a comprehensive guide to ensure media representatives are well-prepared for the event. From accreditation details and interview opportunities to livestream access.

Online Accreditation

There is no onsite accreditation for media representatives. Make sure to apply for your accreditation online in advance.

You can apply for accreditation here. Please mind our accreditation guidelines. After successful registration and verification, you will receive the accreditation and your badge with your personal QR code for admission by email as a PDF file attachment. Please show your QR code at the entrance. Your ticket is not transferable.

Digital Festival Preview

There will not be a press conference on-site. However, we will host a Digital Festival Preview tomorrow, April 3, at 1:30 PM CET. This exclusive virtual press conference will offer media representatives an early insight into the key topics, trends, and discussions at FIBE. We will also present findings from the recent representative survey conducted in Germany, Sweden, France, and the Netherlands. Media representatives will have the opportunity to ask questions. Registration is not required; the livestream will be accessible on our website.

Traffic Disruptions Expected: How to get to FIBE

Due to bridge damage, a section of the A100 motorway around the Funkturm interchange is currently completely closed. Traffic coming from the south (A115) is being diverted via the AVUS service station exit and then along Alte Jafféstraße to the exhibition grounds. Significant traffic disruptions are expected in Berlin during this time, so we recommend traveling via public transport:

The route from S-Bahn “Messe Süd” to the CityCube is the closest, as it is right next to the festival grounds.

Parking Permits

Entry permits will be issued for vehicles of radio and television stations that are necessary for reporting purposes upon request and subject to availability.

Contact us for permits at fibe-press@messe-berlin.de.

Interview Requests

We can gladly arrange interviews with Lisa Dally, the project lead for FIBE. For any other interview requests, please contact us, and we will see how we can assist you. Refer to our programme for further information on speakers and participants.

Quiet Work Area for Media Representatives

While there are various work options available on-site, please note that the festival room is an open space with no walls, making it a lively and potentially noisy environment. For media representatives seeking a quiet space to conduct interviews or draft articles without interruption, a dedicated work room is available on the third floor in the room M7 (PDF, 967.5 kB).

FIBE App

Download the free FIBE Berlin app from the Apple or Google Play Store and access all the information regarding our programme, partner details and networking opportunities.
